At dinner tonight the wifey suggested we do the electric slide to Chan's for some Chinese. Chan's is one of the best Chinese eateries in Mesquite and Eastern Dallas County. So we Rock N Rolled to Chan's. We have slid in here before and there are several items on the menu that we usually get. Tonight we decided to split the Sweet & Sour Chicken.
The Sweet & Sour Chicken is fried chicken, onions, bell peppers and pineapple. The chicken is fried nicely and the veggies are slightly sautéed. The meal comes with rice and sweet sauce. The chicken was great and there was a lot of it. There was quite a few veggies also. This was a very generous portion. You would have to be a BIG eater to eat one entre by yourself. I discovered tonight for the first time in probably 10 years that they have a pot of the sweet sauce near the tea and soft drinks which you can refill. This is a new plus I will enjoy in the future.
Chan's is always dependable to have a good meal. They are very consistent. Givin em a 7.81.
After dinner we walked down to Mardel's for some light shopping.
