It was dinner time again tonight, that seems to keep happening. The wifey suggested we go to Wing Stop. Now Yardbird is a redneck staple. When we would go to my grandparents, grandmother would go out and catch a chicken in the yard. Then she would go all Terminator on it. The next thing we knew we were having fried chicken for lunch. Pretty good fixins. So you know Mitcho will do the Wing Stop. So we did the Funky Chicken on over to Wing Stop.
So it was time to order and I just couldn't pass up the Louisiana Rub. You know our cousins over in the swamps of Louisiana are rednecks just like us, they just have more water to cause havic with. The Louisiana rub is a very spicy coating that is hot, but not real hot. Luv me some spicy. This is some good fixins rat here. We also got a serving of French fries. The fries here are seasoned (not like Burger Pop, they really are seasoned) and have a very nice taste to them. If the fries were a little more crunchy they would be near perfect. Overall, this was a very good meal and I didn't have to chase a chicken to get it.
