Location - a little east of Dallas County - Interstate 30 and Hwy 7 in Caddo Valley, Arkansas.

Ambiance - You would have to like the Arkansas Razorbacks to like their decorations. I'll give it a 5, it at least was interesting.

Food Type - Says all kinds of food, but it is a Pork Barbeque Joint.

We had the Fried Pork Cutlet. We ordered the full order instead of a half order. Big mistake. There were two fried pork tenderloin cutlets, both larger than the plate, which was an extra large plate. Then the beans and onion rings came on a separate plate. So basically 3 plates full of food, for one person. Quantity of Food, I rate it a 10. How you can argue with that!!!

The Fried Pork Cutlet was decent and huge. I give it a 6. Remember this is a barbeque joint and we didn't order barbeque?????

Pinto beans, limited flavor. Score it a 4.

Onion rings were a little over done, but I enjoyed the breading. Wash it out to 6.

Service was good. Give it a 6.

NOTE: They also have fried pies that we went back the next two nights for and they were an 8. Very tasty.
